Nicez, a bit aquatic, like the colors and the work's fineness.
You could use this diagonal lighting that cover the face onto the background to detach hair's line (back of the skull) from background, it'll create some more depth. You could also create some light detail there under the chin, above the shoulder, or some more background/depth there on the left to detach both chin and shoulder.

And with some blue rebound coming from bottom left onto left arm, hands , neck, left chin, left air, left point of the nose, rebound on left eye and a bit onto left part of the lips, I think it could add something that'll emphasize the whole piece.
An intermediate blue with some dark grey in maybe, but that detach enough from black tones, I don't know, just a small personal opinion.

First of all, good job on this portrait! The composition is nice, the colour is good and the finish is of very good quality. I only have one criticism that catches my attention. There is something with the hands that does not quite fit in my opinion. I think its mostly her left hand and the angle at which the arm is coming. If you could see the arm down to her elbow it feels as if the arm would have to be too long. It does not feel like is hers. I think her right hand/arm is fine. Just my view, but as I said, I think the work is great.
