Animated Booleans in Maya

So I am back with another Quick Tip tutorial. When you hear the word boolean you should actually go “oooh noo” or something similar. In maya they always where very buggy and instable..I am not sure when the have worked on them, but in my Maya release they seem quite stable and working relatively smooth.
In this quick Tutorial I want to show you how to use Mayas native Boolean operators, to create easy and good looking “Cut-Open” meshes for Industrial Animations, Image Films or Architectural animations. It can be very helpful, because it automatically creates a nice Shell of you object.
