world view texture...

Hi there,

I need to make a short commercial, I need to show the world in 3d and then zoom in to one city. I just wonder where do I get the right textures from... I saw one similar commercial in this link:
It takes few seconds to start and then there is the logo and the opening with the world...

To me it looks like something from google earth, I know I can capture something like this in google earth pro but I need it without the logo so I don't think it's legal... Anyone help???
