edit duration to a bunch of video layers in CS6

Photshop CS6 can do video... who knew? Does anyone know how to edit duration to a bunch of video layers in Photoshop CS6? I wanted to make a video from a layered file in Photoshop CS6. I can't find the preference to set the default duration of every layer used in the timeline.

Thanks for any help,

Sean
