Advance muscle system tut for XSI

i dont know if this tutorial will help anyone here, but i have just completed my Advance Muscle Systems Tutorial for Softimage|XSI

Seems very interesting, I especially like the automated breath expression at the end.

Only problem I see is that you already need the rig and mesh but this process won't really help if you don't have a rig anyway.
