There is something wrong with my 3dsmax

Hi I am new to the forums and really need some help.

Recently I have been working with after effects and have put 3dsmax on the back bench.

I came back to it today to refresh my memory and there is something wrong.

My UI keeps disappearing when my mouse moves over it.

it sounds looks like your pc cant handle PS, AE and max at the same time. same happens to me when i have a realy heavy model or scene in max or am rendering something.
