The Rydan Workshop: Creature Creation using Mudbox and 3dsmax

Jesse Sandifer, a veteran in character and creature sculpting, will be joining our staff with a brand new course, “Creature Creation using 3DS Max and Mudbox.” For all you Mudbox creature fiends, this is the course you've been waiting for.

This eight-week course is designed to provide students a basic familiarity of the Mudbox environment, and will cover sculpting and painting techniques to create a solid asset to bring over to 3DS Max and create a final image with V-Ray rendering. Like all our classes, the curriculum will be delivered using live demos and direct feedback through painting and modeling upon student work. Homework will be given after each class, and students will be expected to show progress for a weekly review.
