Subject – Sea Creatures

Thread Naming: Your Name – Sea Creatures
Keep all questions in this thread

So as I was swimming my daily 100 hundred mile warm-up this morning, something I do regularly, something rubbed up against extremely muscular leg. Not being one that is scared of anything, I didn’t think much of it. Then, “it” rubbed up against me again. Seeing as I’m such an attractive specimen of a man, I instantly came to the conclusion that it was one of the many ladies of the world, going way out of their way to cop a feel of my body. Shrugging it off, I continued my swim. Seeing land in the near distance, I get yanked under water. Dragged a good 100 feet underwater in hardly any time at all, “it” lets go. I look around to see what tried to water molest me, but the darkness hides my attacker. I resurface and finish my swim. All the while wondering, “what was that thing?”

DUE DATE: February 19th, 11:59 pm GMT - SUNDAY

Idea:

Create a sea creature. It can be as real as a simple fish or as awesome as a sharktopuss.

Restrictions:

- This is a 2d challenge. Use whatever 2d weapons you would like, to produce your final image.

-Joint entries are allowed for this challenge, this means, you can have someone sculpt or model your concept art, but you must do all the conception and drawing yourself.

-Your entry must be specifically created for this challenge.

-You must create a W.I.P Thread to show off your work in progress.

Final Pictures:

Required In The Final Post (1 post per entry):

- 1 x Fully rendered drawing of your creature, final image size is up to you, but should be no smaller than 1000 x 1000 pixels.

- 1 x Construction layout of your creature. Front, left or right, back if you choose to.

- 1 x Ideas page showing your thought process.

Hah, I actually tried doing a WIP for this last night and realized that my 2D skills have regressed big time. BIG TIME.

Its when you show the different sides of your character, (othro graphic views) Front, left, right, back.

Count one or two days for a good complete model sheet like da exemple. An afternoon if you're pro for a quite simple one.
That mean I've to hurry.
