Question Skeleton Crawler Thingy

My current WIP for a game model, the character is designed to crawl along the floor using the deformed based of the spine to push him along, and then use arms for grabby stabby purposes.
Not happy or finished with the arms at the moment, they just look wrong, but any suggestions on replacements or any CnCwelcome:

Cheers,

I think he looks great! Reminds me of the spinning guys in Silent Hill 3. Very creepy. Can't wait to see a textured version. As far as the arms, I really can't see much that can be done, more smoothing is the only thing, but that compromises poly count. /sigh. Lemme take a better look than edit post...

Wow, that's a toughy, all I can say is sit down, draw some pictures and come up with a better design for the arms. Than again, they may look fine in a natural idle position.
