Hi Everyone,
I thought it would be great if members could list their favorite online tutorials here, I'm pretty sure most of you bookmark the ones you like when you stumble across them and it would be great if you would be so kind as to share them in this thread. We would like specific links to your favorite individual ones if possible, rather than more general links to websites or collections. As well as making a great thread, once the list has built up we maybe be able to do something with formatting, categorizing into a better database too. Many thanks everyone!! Tom |

to be honest, i use a lot of the tutorials from 3DT. as for tutorials that i used on other sites, especially when i first started modelling, are from Ben Mathis: http://poopinmymouth.com/tutorial/tutorial.htm
some, if not many, are pretty old, but the basics are still very much valid. i havent followed a lot of tutorials this past year, as i've been busy making 3D stuff for uni. and i now have teachers to show me stuff. i like the idea of gathering as many as possible useful tutorials into one place.

I do love these: http://www.ctrlpaint.com/
They're on digital painting in PS (beginner to pro), weekly updates I think!

Free Tutorials From Feng-Zhu
Great Thread Tom ... Thanks !!
Just a suggestion .... It would be great if this is a separate category under "Tutorials" section, with nice thumbnails as well ... maybe you consider that later ..... Here s a link for the invaluable free tutorial from Feng Zhu Design school. http://www.artbyfeng.com/tutorials.htm |

The Video Copilot tutorials are an absolute gem. I always check to see if there's a new one posted. All involve After Effects, but sometimes he brings in 3ds Max into the mix as well.
http://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials/ The Hard Surface Essentials by Grant Warwick is something I always bring up when someone mentions modeling: http://vimeo.com/10941211

anything that grant shows in his videos van be used in any modelling tool. whilst not the specific tools or shortcuts, the theory if you will still applies
