Nice work.
But I would change hair - it is a "structural weakness" and she definitely loose them in battle. I suggest to cover them with some flexible armour or something like that.

Tony Stark did made Pepper an armor in the comics, post civil war, pretty neat actually... check it out yo enrich your work, which is pretty awesome to be honest.

awesome concept. If you do end up making a second version, you should definitely make the hair just a little bit blonder as if the "iron maiden" is Pepper in armor :-)
