overall i like the character. there are a few things that pop out at me. the head looks to be a bit big. and the glow on the blade, i'm assuming, is meant to mean that it's red hot. whether or not this is the case, it isnt really working.

i do like the design of him. nice mix of hard edges and smooth surfaces. the texturing seems good enough, although you could play around with a slightly blue specular map for the face. this should help plasticy feel it has now and give it a more natural look.
