![]() I am about to start running more seriously, as in twice a week would be nice. I went roller skating today, always fun. And I'm looking for a mountain bike to venture in nearby countryside. Specialized Hard Rock Disk Sport 2012 is very likely to be mine soon. ![]() What's your fav sport Roc?

i must admit - i gave up sports a year ago , exept for some jogging and bicyckle action to/from work so starting today i am starting to go to gym+some mma action and trying to get back as close to old shape as possible
. ofcourse not sathe king of gym madness but have to loose that "10kg six pack use to be" belly . wish me luck guys and good luck to you too . |

Well im not a sports guy, But i have a subscription at a gym, which im sadly dont go to often, sometimes its as little as 1 or 2 times a month. But i will probably go there today

But, I'm really into rock climbing, and it's a lovely sport. Sadly, after I relocated to Denmark (of all places for us climbers) I haven't been able to find a climbing club which I like. So, I've been putting it down for the last half a year.
But, It's immensely fun and I recommend it ![]() But, I make it up by biking everywhere I go, so, I haven't become a blob yet.

![]() Nah il try and do as much as i can, will probably head out on a jogg in an hour or so, after i have some meal, and then later in the afternoon head to the gym.

I was out running/jogging today, But i only got about a km then i had so sore throat that i couldnt breath properly. So i headed back home in some intervals of jogging and walking. Took a couple of hours before the throat stopped hurting. So in total i went for abit over 2km.
So with that said, i didnt go to the gym today, but hopefully im going there in the morning. gonna try some treadmill and see if i have the same symptoms. Or if it has something to do with the weather/outside air. Could also be my breathing that is the problem, I havnt been jogging outside since around july last year i think.

I started running a mile a day last October, got about two weeks in, and then got stress fractures in both tibiae. I gave them a month to get better, then went to play basketball, damaged them again. Gave them another month, played flag football (american) every Saturday for a few months, they were okay. Then, I hurt my (already) bad ankle after a touchdown. Finished the game, but was then sidelined for another 2-3 weeks. Then, the season was over. Now the only sport going on is softball, which I don't play, as I insist that it's a girl sport.
My next step is to take Tae Kwon Do while waiting for basketball and football to start again.
