I'm sure you would stroke his head lovingly while you did it, right?

Back on sports section - did 60km in 2.5 hours yesterday. Only problem is that i feel ok today, not tired nor experiencing any muscle pain - however noticed a lack of endurance towards the end - last hill was a killer |

I'm more into weight training than the long distance cardiovascular. I do get some cardiovascular in, but my goal is to tone up, build muscle, loose abit of weight while I'm at it.
Started a carb cycling diet awhile back. Works great for me. Lots of protein helps build muscle, low carb, helps burn fat. It's a win, win for me. |

Good job you all.
Next SMC will be about real life models if you keep at it! ![]() I got me dis: ![]() It's a Cannondale Trail SL4. Went for a 2h test ride the other day: loving it! What a change from my old but trusty Rockrider 5.1. Very steep rocky path? Not a problem with 27 gears available.

Wait, whut?

Well.
Enough is f***ing enough! When I can't fit into the shirt I bought when I couldn't fit into the shirt I had, I draw the line. Clearly cycling to and from work isn't enough, so I've put together a program. It consists of weights every other day (Mondays, Wednesdays and fridays), and jogging the other days. Diet's gonna go though revisions, i.e. no bread, no beer, more fish, eggs and chicken. Instead of oatmeal for breakfast, it's yoghurt with fruits and raisins. My goal's reaching 2 digits (kilos) again, and fitting into that damn shirt. 13kgs to go.
