Way to go TekNeek!
Went mountain biking on wednesday (31km) and did 70km on countryside roads on saturday. Feels good! Roc, where do you swim to need such an equipment?

![]() I've changed my diet to more proteins and am very concious about my carbs, and try to emphazise it's intake by eating fruits (good carbs) earlier in the day rather than, snacks or fast food. But sadly, I haven't been excersising as I should this week, since I've had to pull around 18 hours a day this week at work, a bit of a crunch ![]() But, still bike to and from work every day, so, at least that's something. But f**k do I have cravings for some deep fried bacon pizza.. f**k!

you need to have a cheat day, at least once a week. Strange as it sounds, it helps you loose weight.

well only way to loose weight is eat properly/enough/quality and workout to the max not skipping workout or meal. When you skip meals body will start to make more reserve (fat) next time you eat cause he learns that you have irregular meals - he overcomes your habits in order to have more reserves in times of hunger.
Fit for life and Fit for life 2 are books that talk about diversity in eating, and dividing carbs and protein - i lived like that for 3 years, excellent thing to keep in shape, but not good for gaining mass |

Just a wee followup.
I've changed my diet (well, taken a U turn), and cycle a bit more (about 1 hour on my way home, and going to work is twenty mintues.. nothing much), though, nothing that would constitute as excersising, because, I'm lazy. But! That, in this short amount of time, has brung me to 109 kg. ![]()

Well done. The hardest thing is to start doing something about it. Then you just have to keep at it so you get a good routine, take me for example, i have many times started working out but then missed one or two days. And when that is done its easy to miss more. But im hopefully hitting the gym tomorrow morning(Thursday) But they have bad opening hours during the summer. Tommorow they have open 08-13 and 16-20. And i work 15-24 :/
