great article, most could benefit 1 or 2 things from his suggestions. I already have a sit/stand desk cos of a bad back, its really good.

note to myself:
try to think about installing stand desk (too small of a flat for this i believe) and get a wacoom food i have under control, sleep is something i lack from puberty and exercises are intensifying - the period of raising kids since birth doesn't leave much space to personal well being |

I switched to a tablet a while back for modelling and will never go back to a mouse. It feels more natural and just faster in general.
