It's not too bad but as a design site it doesn't smack of something new and innovative. Maybe spend a bit more time getting some content on there and make your homepage a little more 'interactive' looking by having little news snippets about progress on the site on this date and so on, you might also want to look into a smoother font as it's a design site so using the regular font doesn't make it stand out as much.

ColdFusion3D, the buttons could be A LOT better.... i don't like the onmouseover event of them(the color chose aren't in harmony with the site). And that a lot of pictures load every time.... why don't u put them together in the background of a TABLE tag??? like

<TABLE .... BACKGROUND="images/background.jpg">

.... and try put more color... like a orange, red...... how much time u work on web design? what tools are u using? Dreamweaver? fireworks? photoshop?...
