looks pretty ok buta...you could do wore of the polycount to give him shape. He looks like his made out of sligtly fromed primitives.

the model doesn't really look like it's made out of 1500 polys, perhaps you are using too many polys for the face?

duuh emperor, EVERYONE knows that primitives is the ONLY WAY to create a badger...lol, first of all I don't think he was refering to your modelling technique but rather that the badger looked like it was "built" by some primitives and second, there are other ways to model, so primitives is not "the only way to do badgers"

Yeah claWda got it right there. Maybe thats the only method YOU know right now but there are others. Look at a real badger and at the one u got. Sure the basics may look like it but does it really really look like a badger to you? Don't take criticizm so hard man we are just pointing things out here. Sometimes u need someone to point stuff out since its easy to get "lost" in ur own model. I have seen lots of ur guns and THEY had shape. Implement some of ur modelling skill in there and serch for detail with as few polys as possible. And yes there are other styles of modelling. Actually sphered shapes for low poly is summin I have never really tried. Usually stick to starting out with a box or a cylinder. Just place some references near ur eyes and try and make it as one shape with a few polys as possible or to what ever limit you have your sights on. Being for UT2003 u got lot's of playing ground.

claWda > I was reffering to the only way without spending absolutly ages making it vert by vert. i also said "unless you have a better idea" meaning that i think the only way to make a badger without wasting lots of time. But if he had a better idea i would like to hear it.
