Mental Ray and HDRI

YO,
been working with a fair bit of Mental Ray lately, and its growing on me like fungii, also HDRI has been a hot topic for me for a few weeks now.... Id like to know of any online tutes besides debevec.org that has HDRI / Mental ray Resources.
