Character: Scrooge

Ok starting up a new project. All this holiday stuff inspired me to want to make a peice for christmas. So why not scrooge.

I'm taking my time with this one. This is just the start still gathering ref and sketching what the style will be. I'm leaning toward a cartoony type but it will probly be a mix. The pose is pretty much what I want but I may exagerate a bit more. I'll be starting hopefully this weekend, if not sooner. questions comments always welcome....heck encouraged.

Re: Character: Scrooge

Goodluck goat buddy! It looks like a good project according with the holyday spirit. Or maybe spirits?

very stylized, but perhaps not very "humbug-ish" . unless you're not going for the traditional scrooge look

i like it tho!

Great idea for a project. I'm liking the bottom two concepts the best myself. But then again, I always love the cartoonish look. Looking forward to seeing where this goes.

I like the skinny version. But he looks too buff, you know, he looks strong. He needs to look more withered and defensless. I liked your first concepts, not saying it's bad or anything, just my opinion.
