3dsmax for beginners (focus on modelling)

Hi!
So I finally got around to writing a tutorial. After a lot of work I completed a rough version but found it hard to know what to change. Several hours later it occurs to me, why not post it in the forums to get some c&c?
When trying to post I discover the wordfile is too big. Hey that's easily fixed I'll just link to my ftp, I soon discover that it isn't working and I can't upload the file. Two days later it's working again so I put up the file and then the threedy forums are offline. Hooray!

Anyway here's a link to the wordfile.

The tutorial is aimed at complete beginners. It's sort of a guide combined with modelling basics. It's for max 5.1 but should work the same in 4 and 6. Earlier versions and other software won't be exactly the same but they probably do have most of the functions discussed. I tried to imagine my current self teaching my past self. (Does that make sense? -Sure it does. -I wasn't talking to you go back to the past!)

I would like to get some CC before I post a final version but it should work alright. And I need some help regarding how to get the pictures in the right places in a post.

...well I guess that's it. Good luck!
