Rikku Sketch

this sketch is just a study for me to develop cartoon style .
I take a reference from a pic and redraw her.
Her name is Rikku and she belongs to Final Fantasy X-2 RPG.
Crits are welcome .

Thanks Rick .
Here's another study, this time I redraw is Yuna, one of Rikku's companion. I'm now want to study more about sketch, so next time I just post my work here, feel free to give a crits .

I decide to use a blank paper now .Just like Rikku's image, this Yuna piece is also a redraw from a piece that already remain.
Hope I can make my own in next post.

Thanks for your time .

Hmm, cant quite put my finger on it, but theres something weird about the perspective you have applied to that picture

On top of that her torso looks a strange shape.

I liked the first one much better

Great pic. I also agree about the hand. The hand is close to you so it should seem larger like the gun but the fingers are a small as the one far away.

edit. also the angle of the fingers too. They should be at a direct overhead view like the palm is.

Fix that and I would say it is done. Unless you want to color it.

Thanks for the comment Rick . I found my self a lot of error for her sketch especially about the perspective view, her hand, finger and her breast. I'll study more from my mistakes I take here.

here's another study for male anatomy especially at abdomen part, already acceptable or not?

The abs look good. The Lats would be bigger thoug if the abs and pecks are that big. Looks really good. Keep studying because you are on your way to becoming great. Just as a disclaimer, I need to work on mine too. I work out all the time so I can notice something a miss but I have some issues getting it perfect to. I am mostly studying the womens form in the gym.
