If your using a skylight I don't think you need more than 1 maybe 2 other lights. With all those lights you have shadows on the bonnet of the car that are darker than the shadow underneath it, try area shadows too.

Where is it getting the reflections from?
If its not the background enviroment then you could put the entire scene in an inverted sphere which would better complete the scene

I'm not too good with lighting and materials. Any idea how to get a blurred reflection sorta like a stainless steel

I'll try the idea with the lighting. But I have tried the inverted sphere but it seemed to never work out for me. You probably don't see the plane above the car because it is hidden. (For materail I used a self ill. ) so you can see where the lights are. Have you ever seen that technique with the plane? If not, I can post a link for you. My environment map is in edit materail, environment. I learned that technque from Radarhead. Thanks for the help.

i would like to see a non-meshsmoothed wire of the vents, just to see how you solve this part. Can you post it?

Thanks in advance.

To all that want to know. For the best cut in edge I've seen.
Under smoothmesh the edge, then high light the edge.then local control, crease, make it 1.0makes a sweeet edge.Try it you'll like it ,I just know it
