modeling looks very good with the exception of the stairs, they could use some work
your main problem is lighting it doesn't look real and some areas are too lit, you should work on your lighting, it'll definately lift the image a lot |

looks great, one suggestion thoug, id put a railing going down those stairs
looks like you have it on the bottom ones, but soemone could take a nasty spill. You already know the lighting needs some work, and i hope you get a nice background image there too ![]() |

i think you need something between the flooring(wood and the rest of the "floor"(white thingie) where the stairs are, i dont remember the name for it(not even in norwegian
). otherwise its lovely, i adore the furniture and carpet

pretty sweet. Much improved.
BTW, i'm starting an indoor scene. What lighting setup did you use for this scene?

Nice, you know you should use glossy reflections on the floors, it'll give the scene more life (assuming that the wooden floor has a transparant coating instead of a wax coating (which would still reflect somewhat)).
hm.. nevermind, it looks like you already have those in the second image? |

Good improvement from the first render. The lighting is great around the furniture area, but it gets worse towards the far left, where the tables and chairs are. The stairs really look unstable because the only support they have is right down the middle. Also, the railings going down the stairs, and across the gap in the floor dont look right...the grey rail part shouldnt be sticking up over the wood part. It wouldnt be very fluid if you were to use the rail when walking down the stairs, you would have to lift your hand up over them. Keep up the good work!
