character: camera man joe

this is a character i have been working on for a while now, it was in the help section with shoulder problems, i have reworked the pose and will start re-physiquing after some instruction from david king, somewhat of a 3ds max guru who gave a talk at my school

still very much a WIP, comments and criticism welcome
