Smile My First proper aniamtion start

Hello everyone,
Here is my fisrt proper animation ive worked on its still work in progress, i did it all tonight it took me 2 and a half hours. All the pose and keys set are on there first run as in to say i have not gone back and touched any thing just set a pose and moved onto the next. You can tell me anything you want about it. Im learning Maya still, so while im here can some please tell me why when i rotate somthing somtimes it rotates the wrong way, ans how to fix it.
Also ( just for laughs ) is the animation i have done good for how long it took me?

Ps. I cant seem to upload it and i dont have a website, could anyone help me as to how i could get it on here for viewing(Ive tried WinZip and upload but it wont work)
