Mystery Woman
This is the start on the single femail character that is in the short I am working on. She has been offically dubbed the Mystery Woman. Mainly because she plays a pivitol part in the short but we never truely know anything about here. Hard to explain, but it makes sense I promise!! The first image is a shot of the head, no textures as of yet on it. The second is her body with her dress on. The dress is fully dynamic (using sim cloth) and working quite nicely in the dynamics tests that I have done so far. Textures need work and are not finished there either. Crits wanted!!

you should also do somepthing with the nose (it looks like it belong to a man). but the head looks preety realistic this way-i dont know what you effect you want. only thing i can see about body that i dont like is the neck-it's preety wide from that view. Still it is just my opinion...

It looks to me like the model is a little too square to be female. The area around the eyes especially. (That, and the nose... but it's been said)

Looks good
but like others have said, you need to tweak the face some more and the dress looks weird in places, too me it looks like very thick fabric, like at the bottom, maybe too thick

Thanks for the comments. I have been working on several thing with her and some other stuff as well.
rubberduck: I noticed those problems on the dress as well. I am pretty sure that the problems in the folds are due to the fairly low res mesh that I was running for the cloth sim (it was just a test at that point). I am going to run it again with the high res mesh and see if that helps I have a new shot of the Mystery Woman to show here. I got the textures done and some hair on her. The hair still needs a bit of work, but this gets the point across for now. Let me know what you think!! |
