WOW............I got 5 stars!!!

The blotchy I significantly reduced in my later renders, is still there slightly though. The render time will be too much for now if I increase the shadow sample rate much more.

The light glow is an effect called specular bloom aplied with the blur effect in max, can be used in any renderer as it puts it on after the render is complete.

The design is mine yeah (sept the sofas)

Its not part of my modern building yet but i'm thinking it will be. The modern building is kinda like a rear staircase of the building this will all be a part of.

I'm also working on an appartment interior which may well end up as part of this project. Wanna make an underground carpark and include my cars too............it may end up as a huge animation which will be my showreal

Your brick wall texture is not up to the rest of the scene. Especially looking at it from the avove angle.

It would be really effective if you jittered the edge of the brick at the corner near the window and used a better brick map.
