The modelling looks great, but I think you need to work on the textures a little bit. The face of the watch is pretty cool, but the metallic surface of the watch itself isn't very convincing. The band is pretty good too.. Maybe you should try to have it bent around one of those wrist-shaped display things they have in the stores, inside a display case so it has some environmental lighting to reflect on. Just a suggestion.

hmm one thing i notice is that you dont add that much detail to your work =/ for instance compare this to this
the modelling isnt detailed past the dials and the texturing isnt detailed enough to fake it. sorry to be so harsh but i think you should push yourself further than this, dont bother with the textures until you have the modelling down, try to find some object and model every detail down to the last cog and post your progress here so we can help the only way to improve is to go further than you have already.
