Hey all!! I am Brad Marques, an Art Director, at Inevitable Ent. here in Austin Texas.

Have you ever wanted to get into the VIDEO GAME INDUSTRY???

I am heading up a new project here that is an Action 1st Person Shooter that is being built off of our well received Area 51 game engine. (Area 51 has not been released yet, but is on all the major game magazine websites.)

Here is what I am looking for:

Level Artist with level 2 – Senior Artist experience.

This means you must have some video game experience or HIGHLY TALENTED with concepting and creating 3d environments if you have no game experience. You will be designing interiors, exteriors of the present time world based off of reality. You will also be creating these in 3d along with texturing and lighting.

Character/Concept artist with Level 2-Senior experience.

This means you must have some video game experience or HIGHLY TALENTED in character modeling,texturing, and a MAJOR plus for drawing. Whether you like comic or realistic it is a plus.
You will be responsible for created character concepts, and executing these concepts all the way through modeling, texturing, and skinning the character to rigs for the game.
You should also possess the ability to create props for the world such as furniture etc…

Tech/Animator with level 2 – senior experience.

90% if this game is motion capture. If you know how to work with mocap data, clean it, edit it, apply it to a character studio Biped, understand rigs, and can hand animate GREAT!!!!
Knowing how to hand animate is going to be a really important thing with this req.

Although I will look at everyone, i am mainly loking to hire within the U.S. BUT SEND IT ANYWAY if you are amazing there are always exceptions!

Damn not having anything to show you since my HD fried on me. I would love to do this. I wanna get out of this cold place called milwaukee, wi. I belive I could do good at making level props and stuff like that with no problem. I just wish I had stuff to show you.....feck.

Jason Lavoie - That's very kind of you to say so Jason, obviously we're all just a bunch of silly amateurs here. Except for the likes of me and the other mods, Brad Waddington, Kuman, Dlavre, Mille, EFStudios and on and on and on...
Yes it's true there are plenty of other forums out there that are worthy of BMTX's offer, but then there is a lot of talent lurking here too.
As I'm sure he knows, it's best to cast the net far.

Well... actually dude, there isn't a lto of help here for mod making and what not...

Tons of people are looking for artists, and modeliers... and no help really, except a frw.. so me directing him to another forum wasn't menaing that this place is bad, but for game making and what not... ir rates about a 3 out of 10 for help...

That may be so from your point of view Jason, but there's a big difference between "Hey we're a bunch of enthusiasts looking for some help on our Mod, that in all likelyhood won't get finished" (no offence but most don't,) and "Hi we're an established games company and we are looking for talented artists to work on our project and be paid handsomely plus recieve benefits.
You're noticing a disparity right? Ok great.

You should think before you talk, or type for that matter... If I were you I wouldn't talk, this forum may be low to your 'standards' but you are by far not the best one here. So some people might take your statement as insulting don't you think?

DAneil you just posted that just for the sake of tlkaing, i stated my opinion, i said that ir eally don't think this is the best place to lokof or getting help to make a mod or game, i never said that threedy or 3d total is bad, i love you guys... but you lack gamers i guess... or not...

Anyways whatever, think what you want... or THINK what you type.. whatver... god
