Looks very cool, but the forehead is bugging me a little. Maybe the folds are too strong? I dont know, it's just a little strange to look at.
But, other than that it's again a very good job. |

nice duck! it looks really nice, how do u model so fast, honestyl man?! From the childrens book project to this, geeezz.. it looks real nice, except I always thought that those masks had the sticks on the side? not up the nose
Yeah the forhead is kinda weird..it looks as though it's taking the wrinkles a long time to be wrinkled..if that makes any sense?

Fixed the forehead, is that better?Added more stuff and tweaked some more. About the mask I saw one like that with the stick up the nose, but moved it to the side. You can can create a model pretty fast with boxmodeling, Neiy0 and a lot of practice ![]() ![]()

Looks pretty good, two crits tho : the red in the background is too vivid, red is a color that commands attention and it's taking the focus off of your model, I think you should mute it. I also think the lighting could use a little bit more more before making it final. that's about it
![]() Edit : actually you might wanna switch/interchange the deep purple on his shirt and the background color.. dunno how i'd look tho ^^

i wouldnt switch the colors of the background to the model and vis versa..but i would make the red darker/crimson..its looks nice apart from that..but something with the string doesnt look quite right..to..white? it lookslike it needs to be more clothy..

This is just great
I don't realy know what else to say, I just love it.I liked the red and orenge background better (you need some contrast between character and background) Last edited by ido; 08-04-2004 at 11:00 AM.. |

Hi! very cool model! love it!
just one thing - usually when something hangs from your clothes it pulls the clothes a little bit down.. i don't believe seeing this on your model (or maybe my monitor is too dark)! Very good work! |

Thanks guys
Hope you still like him, because I changed several things & colors. You may not be able to see it, but I did try to make it look like the fabric is being pulled down just a little on the elbows. He's not really an entertainer, he's kinda of evil and makes fun of people and they try to avoid him in their path, anyways, here's an update and maybe the final render too? ![]()

I really like the new color sheme!
just to be annoying, one last crit.. :P it looks like a cloth backdrop but the stripes on the material go straight down, kinda hard to tell if it's a billboard with whispy threads at the bottom or very rigid cloth :P good work tho, I'm really liking this as it is.
