Talking Character- Angry Guy

I started this head about a week ago and I have gotten stuck. I do not know where to go from here. Are there any problems with the mesh? or should I start texturing him. I also need some suggestions about how to do the eyes because I am really bad at that and it always looks a little off.
Comments and Crits are welcome.

Here is a picture...

I really like character modeling too because you can really breathe life into a character. Modeling a human also make you think, what with the edge loops and stuff.
Do you have any suggestions about how to fix the eyes because I am having a lot of trouble making them look like eyelids and not static parts of the face. (I hope that made sense)

By the way the head in your avatar looks really cool arnelar.
