alright, i just wanna share with you my hate by triangles.... I HATE TRIANGLES!!!!!
now i am better.... much better....

meh, don't triangle hate!
 actually in some circumstances a triangle is fine man, you can't get rid of them all. Anyhow, when you model, everything is a triangle, it's just the computer doesn't show you the edge dividing the quad. That's why when you do triangulate, the pc just shows you the edges, when you use quadrangulate, it hides them. (In maya anyways).
