but the wood txtur is a little bit spongy

Very nice and funny. Indeed original.
Few comments:
1) This part of the bone looks abit low poly(blocky). It may be on purpose, but at first glance it looks like lack of polys.

2) The texture is too low res, or blurred.

looks cool.....but the dea allready exists.
I remember seeing a pic of a more white karkass (dunno how to spell it) on a blue mousemat.
