sweet concept but see gental's on a monster has made blind in one eye anyway im sure it come back but back on subject can i see a wire frame later and as for texture i would go with the rhino thing but see how its a monster some and hippo skin to it too and some elephant if you ever see these animal skin up close you can see a big differents in them mostly grain and bumps

nice modeling but I' don't think you'll be getting cool animaton 'cause you seem to have a lot of nonquad faces wich will give you weird things when tryng to animate...
Otherwise the overall is good and fits really well with the concept just one thing thoug the neck seem too thin it should be larger I think...

heres the flat shaded at iteration 0

as for the deformation, the quad faces are most important at the deformation parts, everywhere else, its IMO mainly for esthetic purposes. But ill be assigning it soon, and ill be changing the model accordingly.

BTW, what did u mean by 'bigger'? i was trying to portray skin hanging from the neck, is why its that thin.

thx for advice, ill be taking it into account

Yeah i really like how you made the skin hanging, and the nose coming from the bottom of the horn. Its a cool monster. from the clothing lines on the concept image, can we assume that this is some sort of enslaved worker beast? ANyways, very cool
