Question Name that tune?

Can anyone help me find out what this song going around in my head is?

I can only remember a few of the lyrics: It goes “Hey now, Heya now” in the chorus and the video has this “African American” guy dressed like hes from the 60s and he plays all the parts of the band in the video at the same time.

Sorry its a really bad description, but I think it’s a pretty famous song. So one of you must know what its called and who the artist is

thx

I just don't like people having rigtones that are originated from songs. Why don't people just stick to *ring ring ring* Id like to see 3d on a cell phone.......now that would be tough!!
