I would just like to advise everybody to be on their guard as I’ve just been informed by http://forums.splutterfish.com that a person by the name of Kumar Purohit has purchased my Aston Martin model from Turbosuid and has been trying to pass the model off as his, it was only by a member of their forums recognising my work that he realised that there had been a copyright violation. I would therefore respectfully request that we all keep our eyes open and pass on any suspicious postings. Many thanks for you time.

By the way as I have his name and E-mail address and possible place of work does anybody know if I can do anything about this,

well go there, and say that your from blur, or pixar or whoever and that you want to give him a job and you loved his car... then ask to look at it... and complement him on how good it looks, then wip out a disk with your model on it and say hey let me show you my work.... thus showing him your mesh, and then give him your real name and say nice to meet you while shaking his hand... let go, and slap him like a little, ***** and quitely leave... he will never do that again,

I see you live in Notts (so does my cousin), anyway does this other guy also live in the UK? If so then just take this to small claims court. It wont cost you anything and you are bound to win.

If you have a little money and more time. Sue his ass, dont worry about your legal costs you are going to win and can make him pay you back from them.

Thanks for all your comments and advise. Yes Liberace you get a commission. Its come to my attention that he may not have been selling the model, although it maybe because he got found out so soon but he has been trying to pass the work off as his, below is an E-mail I have just opened from him, does anybody else think he is taking the pi**.

Well there's not much you can do. I mean you could take legal action but more than likely it would cost you more in legal fees than it's worth.

I've had something similar happen to me about a year ago. So I know it totally sucks. An apology was made. You should accept it and move on. However, The person in question will probably find it very difficult to live down his/her mistake.
