You got a nice site there I like the color theme and the clock graphic on the front page is totally cool

Yes, looks good, The colors have a good contrast.

But there's a little problem with the menu (I used IE 6).

Only some prickly crits:
Do you need all that <META> tags? They are adding weight to your page, and (I think) nothing to your contents.
All that indentations and comments are great for editing, nut every browser ignores them save, again, for the file size.

Again, you can ignore them, if you feel like it.
