Character Animation - opinions please

Just started to animate this, id like to get some feedback on how it looks. there are teeth and a tongue in there, just didnt render then. thnx

I really like the movements and the facial expressions. Good job on that.

One thing:
It scared me when he looked at me... Gave me the heebee jeebees.

quite nice

it looks quite nice,

but you can hardly recognize the "hello" on it's libs.
yet it would be still a bit stiff movement....

i think animation becaomes more lifely if you include some more small detail movements

recently i didn't made a complex facial animation like this so i should be better a little calm.

but i will maybe soon see how difficult this is.
