Milkshape is for lowpoly models so it affords to render the textures like that

you can tell max how much detail to use when rendering textures

Hint: its how you improve the detail of your blueprints too

Milkshape doesn't have a scanline renderer, only the viewports. So it's pretty much clear what rendering we're talking about
