thanx, i roughly modeled her body and camera mapped the photo on it, then started animating it and blew her up with particles ;-)

Very impressive.
How much detail do you go into on the animating? I mean did you let the 'explosions' proivide most of the motion and alter bits afterwards, or was it all procedural (aside from the camera).
Very cool effect none the less.

i repeated steps a good few times, rendering the first animation, after effects treatment..., then applying that whole animation again as a texture map, rendering again in Max, and so on... till i was happy with it
