Intalling XSI problem

this is the error i am getting.

Installation of the NT service [SPM License Server] as failed.
License server will not run.
To install the service later on do: lictools -intall.

Please someone help me out. Thanks

Do you have administrator rights to install the program? What OS are you running; NT, 2000, or XP?

Have you tried installing again?

I tried alot of times to reinstall it but no luck. I am runing windows xp home edition and yes i have administrator rights.
