Hello. I would like to show to everybody my new website, as animator and 3D artist. Inside it there is a demo reel, inside animation menu, and you can see my skills.
I am looking for a Job so everybody that has something to offer me, or to tell me about his/her opinion about what it can be seen inside the web, are welcome. the website is: http://www.jrollon.com Javier Rollon |

I think the site is very easy to navigate. One animation rule that has been broken here. Your website is idle and making noise and moving.
I recommend that you slow down the animations or make them happen say every 25 seconds. Its just too much going on at once. Design critique: the actual design is simple and effective. Leave it. As for the moving movie scroll, i think it should move at a slower pace when just sitting. Overall too much movement and too fast. Slow things down a bit. As for loading screens, that can be kept fast. Check out(design completed 4/1/04): www.opticalgraphics.com/ufotestsite/ The music should play once, then stop. It's not needed while the site is sitting on someone screen. This becomes an anoyance to people especailly people who want to hire you. I hopt this helps, talk later |

i love your style, i really like the animation on the site, just a few thoughts tho,
the borders on the top and bottom need to either slow down or the colors need to be faded a bit, its kind of distracting from the rest of the animation on the site. and also, i dont mind the music playing but you need to have an option so users can turn it off if they want, this includes the sounds on the buttons. some people dont like it, some poeple do, ya just have to try to cater towards both. Good job on the site |
