i reckon youd just have to set loads of cameras up and render one frame from each. sounds like a nightmare but i cant think of an easier way to do it?

anyone else?

try setting up a traget camera and then point the target at the model you want to render then create circle spline ad place this around your model then attach the camrea to the spline via path constraint then render out your scene as an image sequence

Another, easier way is to create a new camera, place it where you want and then move it's pivot point to the center of your object. Then all you have to do is rotate the camera and it'll auto-rotate around the object.

in a single frame?

by definition, its not possible

if you moved the camera it would be a different frame, and you cant see all aound if you dont move the camera...
