I think it looks pretty good, the only thing that I don't like is that you used 3 different textures on the deck.
On the 3dtotal.com site you can find tutorials about texturing at the bottom of the tutorial section. |

the boat is to clean =)
have some dirtier textures and have alot of rubble and stuff on the deck then it will look more realistic and good-looking
