Unhappy fishing boat

Hi! I need some help for this boat. How is this will be better? How can I textured it? And I ask for some detail idea.

Anyway you know how to make textures? If not you can do it with PhotoShop or any other painting program.

In 3DS Max (if you use that) press M and attach the texture to the model.

Once you have attached the texture you can go to modifiers/UV ..../Unwrap UV and place the texture on the right spot.

Thanks Argalius for your comment. I can make textures and how to add them to an object, I ask help about UVw ampping, becouse I'm not the master of them . Where can I find tutorial? But I will try it...

I think it looks pretty good, the only thing that I don't like is that you used 3 different textures on the deck.

On the 3dtotal.com site you can find tutorials about texturing at the bottom of the tutorial section.

the boat is to clean =)
have some dirtier textures and have alot of rubble and stuff on the deck then it will look more realistic and good-looking
