Thanks for the comments man, :-) I called in sick to work today, so
I had a lot of time (although not much went to those 3 lol), if you
mean hdri map by "ufizzi probe", then ya, I really like this method,
so I'm finding excuses to use it now

havent been able to enter in the last few competitions but heres an entry for this one.

Build time: 48 minutes
Software: Max6
Rendertime: 2 minutes
Compositing in Photoshop: ~60 minutes

@Sergeto: Nice model, but the composition isn't really correct. The perspective in the photo and the model differ.

Here is my early render. If I made any update I'll upload new image and tell you.

EDIT:

I forgot to add some info

modeling time: 41 min.

lighting & texturing: about 1 hour

rendering time: less than 3 min.

software: Lightwave 8.0

it took me 45 mins to model , and about 20 mins to texturize
I used 3dsmax5 and adobe photoshop 7
my render time 15 sec's

maybe u could mail me some tips ..........
