this is my 1st web template , still a wip..
can you please give it a rating out of 10 , 10 being the best.

and also some critisism and comments...

I'm not a big fan of dark backgrounds, but this looks ok so far... I can't really rate it, as it's hard to say how it would look with content.

Hey!

If you are going for a comic look, it's ok.
If you want to archieve a modern or even futuristic look you should either choose thin lines with small gradients etc. or you should give a detailed texture to your surfaces.

Bevel effects are good too. you can even do glass or metal buttons.

i don't get it these days... everyone has the same damn designw ith there websites.... no body really likes those big headers and site naviagtion bars and all that crap...

If you want my harsh crit (coming from a web designer as well) you need to re work it... the colors... are to... bright.. like that blue... try to make it either a niec dark blue... not navy... you have to figet with the colors sometime... or like a cnei steel blue...
