How can I see the effects like sun.. When I make preview animation..

I think he means how he can make a fast preview of the animation with some lightning effects in to see how it's goin to look later when he makes the final render....?

the whole point of a preveiw is to render without complex effects yes?

then why would you want to see them, your just increasing render times and kicking yourself in the arse surely....
