nice lighting, textures, and modelling, it looks kinda like something from shrek..

the flame on the candle doesnt match up to the quality of the render though, i looks to grainy, i think that if you worked on smoothing that out, it would make the composition of the whole thing better

looks great.. when i look closely the edges seem very crisp and the table below it looks like its in a game.. could it be in game graphics or is that just how the lightwave render turns out?

The texture of the table is awful, sorry for being so straight but I can't find a suitable euphemism You need a map with a higher resolution.
Also the colour of the candle's light is too whiteish. Candles emit quite an orange light.

Other than that it's a lovely piece. Gotta admit though, that it does look a bit like the background image of a briefing screen in a game.
