Question about bones in Max5

I could really use some help. I'm modeling a fish in Max5. I have it all skinned, boned and everything. My problem is this. I can seem to move the bone for his head. I put the bones together from head to tail if that helps any. No matter what I do it won't move. I can rotate it around the end point of the bone but not move it. It's driving me crazy! Do I have to start over again?

I solved my own problem. Some how I put a restaint on the bone. Thanks anyways.
